Acceptance of this Privacy Policy; Modifications.
This Privacy Policy explains how information about you is collected, used and disclosed by Applicant Limited ("Teen Jobs," "we," "us" and "our"). This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect when you use our websites and services or any other access point we make available to you (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy does not apply to websites, applications, or services that display or link to different privacy statements.

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to update, change or revise this Privacy Policy, at any time. Changes to this privacy policy will take effect immediately once they are published on Teen Jobs. Please check the Privacy Policy periodically for changes. Your continued use of our Services following the posting of any changes to the Privacy Policy indicates your acceptance of those changes.

Collection Of Information:

Information You Provide to Us.
We collect information you provide directly to us. For example, we collect information when you create an account, make a payment, communicate with other users through our Services or participate in any other interactive features of the Services. We also collect information when you participate in a survey, apply for a job, communicate with us via third party social media sites, request customer support, or otherwise communicate with us. The types of information we may collect include basic user information (such as your name, email address, phone number, photos, gender, date of birth, etc); and any other information you choose to provide (including the content of any communications you send and receive through the Services).

In some cases, we may also collect information you provide about others, such as when you send an email to one of your personal contacts using our Services. In such case, we will use this information solely to fulfill your request, and not to otherwise send promotional communications to those contacts.

Advertising and Analytics Services Provided by Others.
We may allow others to provide analytics services and/or serve advertisements on our behalf across the Internet. These entities may use cookies, web beacons and other technologies to collect information about your use of our websites and third-party websites, including your IP address, web browser, pages viewed, time spent on pages, links clicked and conversion information. This information may be used by Teen Jobs and others to, among other things, analyse and track data, determine the popularity of certain content, deliver advertising and content targeted to your interests on our Services and other websites and better understand your online activity.

You can opt-out of some, but not all, online behavioural advertising on each of your devices and browsers separately by visiting the Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA) website and the Network Advisory Initiative (NAI) website, and/or by using your browser settings to block cookies or notify you when a cookie is set. Note that if you opt-out via the DAA and NAI websites, you will still see online ads, but they will not be personalized.

Security.
Teen Jobs takes reasonable measures designed to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.

Your Choices:

Account Information.
You may request to update, correct or delete information about you at any time by logging into your online account, or contacting us via the contact page. We may, however, decline requests that are unreasonable, prohibited by law, or are not required to be honoured by applicable law. If you wish to deactivate your account, via your profile, note that we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. We may also retain cached or archived copies of information about you for a certain period of time.

Location Information.
When you first install or launch any of our mobile applications that collect location information, you will be asked to consent to the application's collection of this information. We require location information to use certain features of our Services, so if you do not consent to this collection, you cannot use those features. If you initially consent to our collection of location information, you can subsequently stop the collection of this information at any time by changing the preferences on your mobile device. If you do so, certain features of our mobile applications will no longer function. You may also stop our collection of location information by following the standard uninstall process to remove all of our mobile applications from your device.

Cookies and Browser Settings.
Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually choose to set your browser to remove or reject browser cookies. Please note that if you choose to remove or reject cookies, this could affect the availability and functionality of our Services. There are many ways that web browser signals and other similar mechanisms (for example, "Do Not Track") can indicate your choice to disable tracking, and, while we and others give you choices as described in this Privacy Policy, we do not currently honour such mechanisms.

You may opt out of receiving promotional emails from Teen Jobs by following the instructions in those emails. If you opt out, we may still send you Service-related emails, such as those about your account or our ongoing business relations.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction.
This privacy policy of use are governed by the laws of New Zealand and the courts of New Zealand shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine any dispute arising in relation to this privacy policy.
